All sales are final. Defective product can be returned to The Boys Silver for an exchange or credit at the full value of the original purchase.
Exceptions to Refund: The returned item must be in original condition; has not been altered, abused, re-sized, damaged, re-cut, or replaced with a different stone(s) or materials other than the ones we mailed to you.
We cannot accept returns on items that have been engraved.
*You are required to inspect your order immediately and notify us (within 5 business days) if there is any damage to an item, or if you received an incorrect item.
For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:
Credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express
Bank Wire: Have your bank wire the money. This will delay your order a few days while the transaction is completed. You must spend at least $500 or more to wire money.
Debit Cards: Even though your debit card may show a logo like VISA on it, the debit card functions differently because funds are drawn directly from your bank account. Your bank has a daily charge limit on how much can be withdrawn daily, and if your purchase exceeds that amount, it will be declined and we cannot process your order. You could contact your bank and request a one-time waiver of the daily charge limit. Or you could wire transfer funds, which would be immediately withdrawn from your bank account. Processing would be delayed until payment is received by the bank.
